There are a few reasons this happens. We'll need to look at your log files to determine the exact error that is specific to you.
1. In Quicken, select Help menu > Log Files.
a. Select Intuit Auth Log, which will open the in Notepad.
(Intuit Auth Log can be found in C:Users(your user name)AppDataLocalIntuitCommonAuthorizationv1Logs)
b. The Dot Net Log may also provide information to resolve this error, but the Intuit Auth Log is preferred as the specific log for Quicken registration.
(DotNet Log can be found in C:ProgramDataIntuitSendError)
2. Scroll down to the last line in the log. This is the most recent information and will help us find your solution.
