This message is typically caused by the onling backup process timing out.
1. Click Cancel to abort the installation.
2. Uninstall the existing version of Online Backup:
a. Click the Microsoft® Windows®Start button and select Settings > Control Panel.
b. Double-click Add or Remove Programs
c. Scroll down the list of programs to find Online Backup.
d. Click Change/Remove
3. If no option to uninstall is available:
a. Press the Ctrl + Alt + Del keys onyour keyboard, and then click the Task Manager button. The Task Manager opens
b. Click the Processes tab
c. Scroll to to find the Onlinebackup.exe process. Click to select it, and then click the End Process button.
d. Click OK.
