Quicken Gives Error When Protected Data Limit is Reached?

When selecting a file to upload to the Quicken Online Backup service, the following message occurs:

Error: Protected Data Limit Reached?

This issue occurs when more data is selected for protection than the account allows. It also occurs when selecting all files within a folder instead of the specific files that you would like to upload to the Quicken Online Backup servers.

This message also indicates that the backup did not complete successfully. Quicken Online Backup will not retain incomplete backups.
