1. An incorrect account type that does not support automatic account information (that is, you may have selected a savings account type for a checking account).
2. Your account has been closed.
3. The account has not been authorized for downloading.
1. Update Quicken to the latest release.
2. Deactivate / Reactive the account, then do a One Step Update.
If you continue to experience an issue, the account could either be closed or it has not been authorized for downloading.
