Resolving Quicken Mac 2015 Problems and Mobile Sync issues

If you are experiencing a sync issue between your mobile app and Quicken Mac 2015 you can perform a reset to fix the issue.

  1. Open Quicken.
  2. Click on the Quicken menu in the top left corner.
  3. Select Preferences.
  4. Select the Mobile & Alerts tab.
  5. Choose advanced.
  6. Click Reset Cloud Data
