This is typically cause by the online backup service not gaining access to the data file on your computer because of a failing Windows system call to access the network.
1. In your Windows environment, click on your Start button, then select Run. If you do not see Run as an option, click Windows logo key + R.
2. In the Run dialog box, type in CMD and press OK. A window will come up with a black background with a command prompt.
3. Type in Netsh Winsock Reset, then press Enter on your keyboard.
4. Restart your computer, and attempt the backup again.
